My national flag is the Hindu symbol of strength. The flag other than the symbol is white to represent simplicity. I had no special color for this nation that held meaning for all so I decided to go with white. I chose the symbol of strength for the National flag because I felt that it said what I wanted for the nation and what I mean by that, I want Pumpernickel to be a place of strength. Especially in war time. As a nation we should know to live and die together. Also in hard times I want my people to know that they can stay strong and persevere. I really liked how this symbol seemed to stand out to me when I was attempting to decide what to put on my flags. I actually liked what it stood for so much that I chose to use it on all of my flags, they might not all have the same colors or designs but all have this symbol. There really isn’t much else to say about this particular flag. Well other than that the symbol is on the left of the flag because it seemed proper. I chose the strength symbol specifically over others is because a symbol of peace would be basic. I mean of course the majority of countries are going to want peace. I was looking for something more unique and out there so it did not seem like I was trying to mimic others . So there you have it, my national flag for my country Pumpernickel.
