Preamble We the people of Pumpernickel in order to run a more civil government, ensure the safety of the people, provide for our country, and promote the general Welfare do ordain and establish this Constitution for Pumpernickel
Article 1 The name of this organization shall be Pumpernickel, hereafter referred to as Nickel in all publicity materials.
Article 2 The executive board shall consist of the queen, secretary of defense, secretary of homeland security, and a treasurer.
Article 2 section 1 The requirements to become queen after the prior queen passes away are; you must be at least 18 years of age, must be a pumpernickel citizen,and must be voted in by the people.
Article 3 The general body of this organization will consist 2/3 of a legislative branch the remaining being an executive, and judicial branch.
Article 3, Section 1 The requirements to be apart of either legislative, executive, or judicial include being at least 21 years of age, you must be a pumpernickel citizen, and you must be voted in by the people.
Article 3, Section 2 The legislative branch will be in charge of discussing and creating laws, impeaching officials, and approving treaties. All shall be done under the presence of the queen.
Article 3, Section 3 The executive branch will be in charge of carrying out federal laws, recommending new ones, directing nation defense and foreign policy, directing government, commanding the armed forces, dealing with international powers, and vetoing laws.
Article 3, Section 4 The judicial branch will be in charge of interpreting the constitution, reviewing laws, and deciding cases involving states’ rights.
Article 4, Section 1 Meetings can be called in by the Queen, or anyone in the executive branch. If anyone outside is to propose a meeting idea, it must be approved by the executive branch before taking place. Article 4, Section 2 Voting in meetings will be done by a majority rule. In order for any voting to take place, all branches must be present as well as the queen.
Article 5, Section 1 There shall be an officer for every branch. The officers shall be in charge of making sure everything is running smoothly, and reporting any suspicious activity to the queen.
Article 5, Section 2 The requirements to become an officer consist of being 25 years of age, you must be a pumpernickel citizen, and you must be voted in.
Article 5, Section 3 Officers can serve up to 5 years, and be voted in for 2 terms.
Article 6, Section 1 Elections shall take place every two years, and votes shall be used to not only keep tab on the nations happiness and opinions, but will be used when terms are served and we have people in the running or an official position.
Article 6, Section 2 Officers shall be appointed by being placed in which ever branch they are fit for.
Preamble To ensure the happiness of the people of Pumpernickel, and to devoid the people of any confusion of their rights I queen Janessa establish this Bill Of Rights. All amendments have been discussed and passed by our three branches.
Amendment 1 The people of Pumpernickel will have freedom of speech, freedom of press, and freedom to believe in any religion
Amendment 2 The people of pumpernickel have the right to bear arms
Amendment 3 The people of pumpernickel will have provided health care if the person is employed
Amendment 4 Pumpernickel will provide protection for the people under the circumstance of random searches, the searcher must have paperwork provided
Amendment 5 Pumpernickel citizens have protection of their rights, property, and family.
Amendment 6
In time of war, the people must open their homes to our fighting soldiers.
Amendment 7 If any persons is sentenced to jail time, depending on their crime bail may be payed.
Amendment 8 The people of pumpernickel have freedom to date or marry anyone of any sex.
